William Oswald PT, DPT, OCS, Dip MDT is a Physical therapist and Clinical Faculty at NYU Langone Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. He is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the APTA and a Credentialed Clinical Instructor. In 2013, Dr. Oswald received a diploma in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy through the McKenzie Institute international. He is a Manager of Ambulatory Service Operations within Faculty Group Practice at NYU Langone Health. William Oswald has publications in the Journal of Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy, Journal of Manual and Manipulative Therapy, and Pain Journal. The 2010 article in the Journal of Manual and Manipulative Therapy won the John Medeiros Award for the most impactful study of the year. Dr. Oswald graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Master’s degree in Physical therapy in 2001 and received his doctoral degree in Physical therapy in 2006.
